We did a remodel/addition to a 230+ year old house during Covid. Nothing was easy. Airpros came in with the most competitive bid and completed the job with no extras even though they went out of their way to provide temporary heat to get us through the winter caused by overall project delays. The crews were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The company delivered as promised. I definitely would recommend them and work with them again.

Mike and his fellows are so dependable! I had a heat problem and they made a point to come out, even though it was late and close to Christmas! They stayed until it was operating correctly!
step beyond
The morning after a minor power surge our thermostat was dark. The breakers were all ok, and my voltage detector showed there was power to the control panel. I was thinking maybe the panel was fried. I called and left VMs w/ several furnace guys and electricians. A couple returned my call with “next week“. Bummer. A neighbor recommended Air Pros, saying, “quick service”. Mike, at Air Pros, texted me in about 5-10 minutes. And after a couple back-and-forths texts (w/ a photo), he noticed the panel was connected to a gfi outlet. A simple reset was the fix. No service call required. Next time I’ll only make one call – Air Pros.
